Group Classes

Small group yoga classes are slow paced and gentle, intentionally designed for any age and ability. We explore movement and breath in ways that reveal your unique movement patterns and learn to move in ways that use your energy more efficiently. Mindful movement creates more ease as we improve mobility, stability and strength.

Yoga in Gananoque

Thursdays

6:30pm - 7:30pm at Lou Jefferies Arena, upstairs 

$15 cash or e-transfer. Drop-in, no need to register in advance.

Discover the subtle, nuanced elements of yoga through mindful movement and breath rooted in my therapeutic yoga principles of movement. Expect slow placed, gentle, do-able movement explorations for stress relief, pain care, improved mobility, flexibility and strength. Appropriate for all ages. No experience required. Bring your own mat or towel.

Online Yoga Classes

Wednesdays

8:00pm - 9:00pm via Zoom

$20 by e-transfer

We will explore gentle movement for mobility and pain, stress and burnout recovery. A strap and yoga block are recommended. Email me to confirm and get the Zoom link.

At Home Classes

I will come to your venue for semi-private or group functions. I will work with you to help plan your class or special event. E.g. semi-private (two or three people); bachelorette parties, family and friend gatherings.

Prices vary based on length of class, number of participants and location.
