Group Classes

Small group yoga classes are slow paced and gentle, intentionally designed for any age and ability. We explore movement and breath in ways that reveal your unique movement patterns and learn to move in ways that use your energy more efficiently. Mindful movement creates more ease as we improve mobility, stability and strength.

Yoga in Gananoque

Starting Sept 6, 2023

Wednesdays

6:30pm - 7:30pm at Homebody, 118 King st. E, Gananoque

$18 + tax or $20 cash

Reconnect with your body. We all develop compensations, overusing some muscles and losing touch with others. This class invites you to make controlled movements to rediscover flexibility in your hips, shoulders and just about everywhere else. The results will be an increased fluidity, decreased fatigue and grounded posture and balance. The focus is an invitation to change; movements can be small, sometimes very small, but the gains are large. The class is of benefit to all, from beginners to experienced yoga students. 

Chair Yoga Classes in Gananoque

Mondays for 8 weeks starting Sept 18, 2023

7:00pm-8:00pm

$96 for all 8 classes through Gananoque Seniors Association

We will explore gentle movement for mobility and pain care while seated on a chair and standing when/if appropriate. Expect slow, gentle, mindful movements to help improve strength, balance, and flexibility. We will also explore breathing and relaxation practices.

At Home Classes

I will come to your venue for semi-private or group functions. I will work with you to help plan your class or special event. E.g. semi-private (two or three people); bachelorette parties, family and friend gatherings.

Prices vary based on length of class, number of participants and location.
